TM Jellison Construction will give you more value for your dollar… guaranteed!
It’s no mystery how I’m able to accomplish this, either. It’s just a little common sense.
To increase the “value” of any consumer item, you either have to:
- increase quality while maintaining the price,
- lower the price while maintaining the quality, or
- both!
So how can TM Jellison Construction give you more “value” for less money?
1) Low Overhead. I don’t own warehouses, heavy equipment, or offices. I don’t have additional designers, estimators or project managers on my payroll. This company was structured from the outset to be lean and efficient.
I can complete your construction project for less, because my costs are less. Period.
2) Experience. Since I was six years old, sitting on the stairs to the workshop watching my grandfather create magic with wood, I have been fascinated by construction. While studying engineering and business at UNH, I was employed summers and weekends working in almost every conceivable job in the construction industry, and for the past 15 years, I have been working as a Project Manager right here in the Upper Valley. I utilize the most cost-effective, modern methods available, without wasting your money on unproven techniques or overpriced options. I know the best places to purchase
materials, and I know which subcontractors to hire… but more importantly, I know which ones not to!
Construction management is like conducting an orchestra of trades, bringing all the pieces together for a beautiful result. The only thing separating a successful construction project from total disaster is the experience of the project manager.
3) Quality vs. Value. A wise man once told me to “get good stuff… it lasts longer.” You can usually find someone else willing do your project for less cost, and you can easily spend more money than value received. There are so many opportunities for waste when designing your home.
The difficulty lies in knowing what’s necessary to achieve the level of quality you’re expecting, and what’s just hype and not worth the money. When we sit down to design your new home together, you will benefit from all the years I’ve spent evaluating the relative value and performance of all the choices you will make.
