To: Prospective Clients of TM.Jellison Construction Company
From: Paul H. Rothe, customer 2007
I manage expert research for a living; Tom manages construction for a living. I need to diagnose, design, bid and complete. So does Tom.
Tom takes pride in integrity, fairness and straightforward conduct of his business. Truth, the best interest of the customer, and responsive service embody his philosophy. I have found in our projects that he walks his talk. And this is one of the main reasons I will continue to chose TM. Jellison Construction Company for my construction work.
This personal philosophy translates at the outset to Tom's responsibility for developing alternative approaches, defining the proper job and meeting the customer's need. He is dedicated to doing so.
Tom is a leader. He is able to develop, motivate and retain his well picked crew. Engage him and you will learn about the crew and also the regular subs. Engage them, and you will learn that they respect Tom and yet are also able to rib him.
Construction is difficult. It is subject to mis-communication, mis-understanding of the specifications, in-progress changes of the work order, loose pricing, and challenges in execution. I have seen buildings and projects that have been substantially butchered, including a case when construction site trash was tossed into the foundation. Tom proactively avoids such difficulties by integrity, training, and vigilance.
As is the case with most building contractors, Tom espouses customer satisfaction., content to specifications, accommodated work-order revisions that I initiated, held to it's fixed price, added in-progress costs reasonably for my changes and was completed in time for me to make my move.
Sincerely,
Paul H. Rothe.
